The 2012 Coastal Junior Golf Tour season is right around the corner! The schedule is complete, and registration materials can be found by clicking the “Registration” tab above. We plan on starting events the week after traditional schools get out (the week of June 11th). We will have an exciting new program for the beginner levels, ages 7-12 as well.

In the meantime, keep practicing and let me know if I can help you with your game! Tell all your friends about us!!!

Parents, if you know of a local business that may be interested in being a sponsor this season, please let me know. Anyone who can come up with a sponsor of $250 or more can earn free tournament entry fees! Contact Craig for more information.

On Wednesday June 13th the first Cape Fear Junior Interclub will be played at Porter’s Neck Country Club. There will be teams from Bald Head Island, Cape Fear Country Club, Echo Farms, Porter’s Neck, Country Club of Landfall, and the Coastal Junior Golf Tour. Five players will represent each club, and the team with the lowest four scores will be declared the winner. Entry fee will be $50 and includes greens fee, team caps for each player, prizes, and lunch. The event will start with a 1:00 shotgun.

On Saturday July 7th, Country Club of Landfall will host a Junior Golf Skills Challenge. The event will test kids’ skills in different areas, and will also include a nine hole tournament, a college prep seminar for parents, and an awards ceremony. Price and time for the event TBA.
